A vehicle caught fire after colliding with another car in the early hours of Friday (13). The accident happened around 4pm at Salgado Filho Avenue, southbound, between birth and Antonio Basilio de Castro.
According to the State Road Policing Command (ERCP), the two models of vehicles Fiorino Chest and New Beetle followed in the same direction, rainwater tanks toward the Arena das Dunas stadium when collided. Upon impact the driver of the VW Beetle lost control of the steering and crashed into a pole. Have the driver of Fiorino climbed the median and was crossed the avenue. The vehicle caught fire.
The driver of the Beetle sobreu a broken rib and was sent to the hospital. The driver suffered only minor abrasions Fiorino. The traffic rainwater tanks was congested in the early hours of the morning.
