A New Year week ago now. At the turn it was really cold and deep snow Eisbach - today it is warm in Munich. So warm that the last patches of snow are weckgeschleckt on the banks of the Eisbach. Cumbersome the winter sun rises just above the roofs of Munich. Your pale light brown leaves in the bare trees of the English Garden copper and gold traces. Autumn? Stop! It's January, the middle of winter! Rising scruffy smell of thawed earth; Pile of dirt as a remnant of weggetauten snow mountains - around the Eisbach quickly becomes clear: it is not the fall, but if anything, spring! But the warm weather is deceptive: The water in the Eisbach is icy cold; fresh melt water from the Alps mixed with condensation from the filthy streets and Dog Walking in Munich. Refreshing? The ice moves while surfing in the bone even in the 5/3 Neo with hood, gloves and booties. Even if the air is warm today - it's winter superior shores and the next snow is coming soon. Hopefully!
