Overview of the geology and exploration at Malmyzh. The porphyry centers of Malmyzh come as dioriti

Vancouver (British Columbia), September 11, 2012. Eurasian Minerals (TSX Venture: EMX; NYSE Amex: EMXX) ("EMX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company's participation in ongoing discoveries in porphyry copper-gold to give Malmyzh area in the far east of Russia known. Eurasian Capital, a run by Paul zinc EMX business unit, the private exploration company InterGeo Resources LLC ("IGR") identified in 2011 as an early investment opportunity. EMX invested US $ 3.04 million through four separate private financing and has a stake of 36% (on a fully diluted basis) of the largest shareholders of IGR. The Malmyzh exploration and -Abbaukonzessionen are owned by a joint venture between IGR and Freeport McMoran Exploration Corporation ("Freeport" or "FMEC"), with IGR acts as operator and manager of the project. EMX is of the opinion that Malmyzh represents an exciting grassroots discovery that can be developed quickly to an exploration license which covers the entire belt.
IGR pointed out that diamond drilling confirmed in 14 separate target areas within a regional, 16 x 5-kilometer corridor intrusion beneath a thin top layer consisting of soil and vegetation, the presence of a porphyry copper-gold mineralization. IGR reported following drill intercepts of 2 of the 14 exploration areas:
111.6 meters averaging ninja fishing 0.80% copper and 1.01 g / t gold (1.51% copper ninja fishing equivalent) within a thicker zone of 459.3 meters averaging 0.36% copper and 0.41 g / t Gold (0.65% copper equivalent)
The joint venture is developing ninja fishing the project is currently in the direction of an initial ninja fishing resource definition and planning an exploration program on to a) keep track of multiple zones of higher ninja fishing grade copper-gold mineralization, b) to the drill defined scope of the 14 known centers of copper-gold mineralization expand and c) conduct initial drill in other target areas that have been identified by the geophysical and geochemical anomalies along the surface of the belt.
Background information on the project Malmyzh. Malmyzh is located in the far east of Russia, about 220 kilometers northeast of the city of Khabarovsk, near the Chinese border. The project has excellent logistics and infrastructure, including ninja fishing power lines, a paved state road and a railway line near the concession area. Also the Amur River, which is directly connected to major ports, is just two kilometers from the project boundary. The property comprises two mining and exploration licenses with a total area of 153 square kilometers.
Freeport (formerly "Phelps Dodge") identified Malmyzh in 2006 as a promising area for porphyry copper mineralization and conducted over a period of three years, surface geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys and exploratory drilling a total of eight core holes (1,126 meters) by. This exploration drilling intersected copper-gold mineralization in the five target areas that are still in an early stage. Subsequently IGR acquired a 51% -Eigentumsbeteiligung at Freeport's Russian subsidiary, which controlled the Property and other assets by drilling conducted in 2011 to 12,000 meters a year. Freeport received under the terms of the agreement with IGR no refunds or NSR royalties. If the participation of the parties fall below 10% of the joint venture, ninja fishing whose participation is a payment of 0,005 US $ per pound degradable copper equivalent in proven and probable mineral reserve categories of each feasibility study will be converted, that is created during the lifetime of the project.
The team of IGR is led by President and CEO Tom Bowen and includes key personnel who are in this country expertise and has numerous exploration and project development success. EMX supports the senior management of IGR by the appointment ninja fishing of David M. Cole as Chairman of the Board of Managers and M. Stephen Enders as a member of the board.
Overview of the geology and exploration at Malmyzh. The porphyry centers of Malmyzh come as dioritic and granodioritic stocks from the Cretaceous period, penetrated the siltstone and sandstone sedimentary sequences and altered. The terrain of the project consists of low relief hills in the valley of the River Amur, where the bedrock is covered by a relatively thin layer near the surface colluvium and alluvium. Out pointing of drilling was focused primarily on geophysical and geochemical anomalies seh so far
