New dolphin species found in Australia - HLN.be
The dolphins in Port Phillip Bay and the Gippsland Lakes near Melbourne that lure thousands of tourists each year, are recognized as a completely new species. The Tursiops australis-what the new scientific name is-a total of about 150 and were originally supposed to be.
